News and Updates

Sorry it's been so long since our last post. Things have been busy around here! No real news, just doing our best to keep up with day-to-day affairs.

Today we went to the Boston Folk Festival. It was raining all morning and the event was supposed to be moved indoors for inclement weather, but for some reason it was outdoors anyway. So we went home and got raincoats and a tent. Fortunately, by the time we got back to the festival, the rain had stopped, and it stayed dry all afternoon. (Although the sky was very overcast, and the wind was cool and gusty.) The music was nice, and James had fun running around the field. Here are a few pictures of our day. (We didn't get many pictures because cameras were technically prohibited, because they didn't want people recording the performances.)

This is Eliot relaxing in our tent:

And here is James. It's possible he was roaring. I'm not really sure.

Here are a few other photos from the last month or so (in no particular order):

Lovely that you took kid pictures. Who wants footage of the concert when you have James and Eliot to capture. Great pictures.

Proud of you for making the concert with all that is going in your lives right now. Excellent balance.

Love,
Aunt Betsy and Uncle Mark

SOunds like it was a nice outing for the gang. Eliot already looks so much older, and James just seems to love life so much!
(Is he eating sushi? Lexie would spit it out, not because of the taste but the texture. Of course, its my fault for not having ever thought to offer it.)

Not too much longer... :)

My favorite is James in his green T
He is handsome and happy; what an unbeatable combo. Little Eliot seems his own distinct man already.
Your cup runneth over.

Dear fantastic family,

It tickles our hearts to see the boys growing into such happy little people. How wonderful that you captured a smile on Eliot already. James' enthusiasm for life is like a diamond. We have lots to learn from these wee ones already! Thank you for doing your very best to love and cherish some of our favorite people. How good it is for you to fit in a day of fun together. We miss you!

Love, Grammy and Poppy
